Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment session, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancelation fee. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment during that timeframe. Same day cancelations or rescheduling of appointments will be subject to 50% of the total service costs. In the event of a no show/no contact, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. Going forward, a nonrefundable payment must be made in advance, at the time of scheduling your next appointment. Therapist reserves the right to deny pre-booking in the future and client may be put on same-day-only list to be called when there are openings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and an on time arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your session may be shortened in order to keep on schedule to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours and the original treatment time will be charged.
