POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Cancelation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment session, please provide at least 72 hours notice to avoid a cancelation fee. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Same day cancelations or rescheduling of appointments will be subject to 50% of the total service costs. A one-time cancelation fee waiver is provided, where a client can cancel a session within less than 48 hours, at no additional charge. In the event of a no show/no contact, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Therapist reserves the right to deny pre-booking in the future and client may be put on same-day-only list to be called when there are openings.

As a courtesy to all clients, a reminder text is sent out several days prior to your appointment to confirm your scheduled time and answer any additional questions you may have. If not confirmed at least 72 hours before your appointment, it is considered an unconfirmed appointment and may be taken off the schedule to make room for someone else.

Late Arrivals
Your appointment time is held especially for you, please arrive on time. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and an on time arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.  If late arrival is inevitable, your session may be shortened in order to keep on schedule to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours and the original treatment time will be charged. If you are later than 15 minutes it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
